Powder vitrified bond offered as part of offered coating products are basically cubic boron nitride (CBN) a type of super abrasive material with mono crystalline content. This thermally stable grinding wheel bond is well known for its exceptional toughness and stable chemical attributes.  Apart from using for vitrified bond wheels, CBN is also used for electroplated items, metal bond grinding and resin bond grinding wheels. Offered range of vitrified bond is suitable for high temperature grinding and polishing of super alloy and ferrous alloy that include nickel alloy and steel. Available in black and amber colored particles based form, offered coating products have 99% pure content.
